Refund and Exchange Policy

All sales are final unless one of the following exceptions is met.

Faulty damaged or incorrect merchandise. If you recieve an item that is damaged or incorrect please notify us at via whatsapp for review. Depending on the issue we will either give you replacement points or send you a new one if available. Replacement is not available to packaging damages of an item, we will replace items if the “actual” item itself is damaged by shipping.  Pls make sure  your shipping address is accurate when making an order.  Be sure you are reachable and available when package is delivered. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. After the package tracking info is marked “delivered” the order is complete.  There will be no refund after an order is shipped, you agree to this by making an order.

Shopping Instructions

The host will first show all the products with the customer, after the customer confirms the order, enter the order number in the live comment area, the host will lead the customer to pick the item, and the customer will enter “CLAIM” in the live comment area to claim the item. The host will put the items into the box of your choice, and finally with the display of all the products selected by the customer and ask the customer to take a screenshot to retain the information of the product

Reservation service

in the event that the customer is unable to pay the full amount of money on the same day, but would like to retain the product, you can choose to pre-pay the total value of the order of 20% of the amount of money, we will be retained for the customer for a period of 2 weeks, such as the customer has not yet placed an order, the goods will automatically be placed back on the shelves, the pre-payment will not be refunded。
